Nidhi Krishna
Nidhi is a theatre-maker and arts marketing professional, working at the intersection of creativity and communications.
She has an MA in Dramaturgy and Writing for Performance from Goldsmiths, University of London, and her work and rehearsed readings have been staged at venues like Theatre Peckham, Omnibus Theatre, and Soho Theatre in London. She was longlisted for Tara Theatre’s seed commission program - NOVA - for South-Asian playwrights in 2024. She has dramaturgically supported exciting artists such as Mwansa Phiri (resident artist at Arts Depot London) and Dan Lovatt (co-Artistic Director of Divided Cultures), as well as work such as Sam Mac Gregor’s Truly Madly Baldy (longlisted for Theatre 503’s International Playwriting Prize), Max Hyner’s Ankleswingers (Omnibus Theatre), and Curl Girl Production’s adaptation of A Marriage Proposal by Anton Chekhov (MAC Theatre, Birmingham). She has recently been commissioned to produce a research essay for a curated theatre workshop at Serendipity Arts Festival 2024.
Nidhi has worked in marketing roles for Neon Performing Arts, Bland Communications and on Rifco Theatre Company’s touring musical - Frankie Goes To Bollywood. After beginning her journey as Social Media Intern at Neon, she is now Social Media Manager/Mentor for the organisation.
