Managing Director of inspirational award-winning dance act Flawless most known from Britain’s Got Talent and the Flawless Dance Hub which prepares up and coming dancers for the performance industry, specialising in dance styles, Hip Hop, Popping, locking, Breaking, commercial House and Freestyle. 

Amelia runs them both alongside CEO and artistic director Marlon “Swoosh” Wallen. Flawless were created in 2004 with the idea of inspiring people to “chase the dream not the competition” no matter how many doors close to never give up on your dreams

Amelia has been a solid driving force behind both companies, she has helped shape the career of Flawless from very humble beginnings to the present; Since starring on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 to name but a few as well as becoming a household name, Flawless have appeared in smash hit movies Street Dance 3D #1 & #2, headlined for the Royal Family performing at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee concert, Performed for the Opening Ceremony for London 2012 Paralympic Games, heated things up live on the dance floor with BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing professionals, made history collaborating with the exceptional English National Ballet on tour, completed to date 3 huge successful national tours of their own inspiring production called “Chase the Dream” and are annual headliners for the biggest star-studded Christmas pantomimes to grace UK theatres. 

Amelia is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of new and upcoming entertainment/event/artist managers.

After winning the nation’s hearts on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2009 with their slick fast-paced routines and jaw-dropping skills, Flawless are now one of the UK’s hottest and biggest dance acts.
